PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT FALL UNDER THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND CRITERIA
- Kindly be noted that products that have been customized according to the requirements of the client will not be exchanged.
- Extra large custom shoe (42 & above) and dress (UK 16 & above) sizes will not be exchanged.
- We will not be able to exchange or offer refunds for items on sale.
- More than one exchange request will not be accommodated by us.
EXCHANGING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
- The regular shoe sizes between 35-41 and dress sizes between UK 8 to 14 can be exchanged.
- Sarees are NONEXCHANGEABLE.
- It is important to be understood that the items should be returned in their original manufactured condition, unworn and undamaged in an instance of a return.
- Our customer service team should be informed within 3 days of delivery via Instagram or WhatsApp, if you wish you exchange the product.
- The client will have to bear the return delivery cost.
- Please be noted that it will take 2 to 3 weeks for reproduction of the new item.
In case of errors on our part, such as faulty products or damaged items, the full responsibility for delivery costs will be taken by us before issuing a replacement or a refund.
